GFD Groups builds on the legacy of Gerald DeMarco, Architect, who established his practice in Miami, Florida, in 1981. DeMarco & Associates, known for their fiercely loyal team - most with over fifteen years of service - handled a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional.

In 2020, after 60 years in professional practice, Gerald DeMarco entrusted his legacy to a younger generation of associates, leading to the formation of GFD Groups.

Today, GFD Groups continues to operate with the same core team and principles that brought success to DeMarco & Associates. We have expanded this foundation with a new long-term vision, advanced technology, and modern systems to ensure our company thrives for generations to come. Our global presence includes offices in New York, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Dubai, enabling us to bring our expertise and innovative approach to a diverse range of international projects.
