The Law Office of Lawrence B. Lambert represents small and mid-sized businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs with their business formation, acquisition, corporate governance, contracting and general legal needs. Recognizing the ever-increasing cost of litigation (and arbitration), the Law Office of Lawrence B.
